When will my order arrive?

When is delivery free?
An automatic free-delivery discount is configured from a $35 USD subtotal. Eligibility and the service available for your address are confirmed in checkout.
How do multi-buy savings work?
Eligible orders save 5% at two items, 10% at three items, and 15% at four or more items. The bag and checkout show the actual applied discount allocation.
Why does a product have no star rating?
A rating appears only when that specific product has customer feedback. Products without feedback show an honest no-review state instead of zero stars.
